About our cases

TERES Claims & Dispute Managers’ team members have been closely associated with the success of major international projects in the sectors of aerospace, agriculture, armed security services, automotive, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, construction and mining, energy (gas, oil, renewables), financial services, retail and distribution, transport (sea, road, rail and air).

We have experience of more than 250 cases resolved judicially before national or international courts, or extra-judicially through out-of-court settlements, including major multi-party cases against transnational companies. This has resulted in significant payouts in favour of our clients.

  • against companies of the Spanish and Italian Corrugated Cardboard Cartels, i.e. the main producers of corrugated cardboard sheet and cardboard boxes.

Vasil SAVOV has also been involved in numerous other compensation matters, related to the manipulation of the Libor & Euribor interbank rate, the increase in maritime cargo prices, the European Canned Vegetables Cartel, the European Payment Cards Cartel, the French Meal Vouchers Cartel, as well as matters relating to the manipulation of public contracts for major works and construction projects, and to issues in the military and security sectors.
