Managing Director
Vasil SAVOV is the founder of TERES Claims & Dispute Managers. Prior to setting up his own company, Vasil spent many years in management positions in companies active in the judicial or extrajudicial enforcement of high-stakes business claims. Vasil also worked as Head of Claims in the Legal Service of the European Commission in Brussels and as an advisor in the chambers of a judge at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg. He has over 15 years' professional experience in handling complex international claims, litigation and disputes on behalf of thousands of companies in a variety of sectors.
Vasil SAVOV has played a leading role in a number of major business damage cases in the transport, automotive, energy, chemical, food and financial services sectors, which have resulted in historic successes in terms of court rulings at national and European level, as well as out-of-court settlements totalling hundreds of millions of euros.
Perseverant and sharp-minded, Vasil SAVOV is described by his peers as an excellent manager of teams and resources and as a astute strategist for the optimal handling of the most complex matters.
Working with companies of all sizes, professional organizations, consultancies, law firms and litigation funders, Vasil SAVOV enjoys a high visibility and an excellent reputation for his skills and approach. Vasil SAVOV has presented his views on topical business law issues at numerous conferences and training courses.Vasil holds a Master's degree in Private Law from the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, a Common Law degree from the National University of Ireland in Cork and an LL.M in European Litigation from the University of Luxembourg.
Married with two children, Vasil SAVOV works in French, English, and Bulgarian, and has an excellent understanding of Russian and a good knowledge of Spanish. -
Director Data Science & Econometrics
Hamid KOUTAYBI leads Teresclaims' data science and econometrics practices.
Hamid has eighteen years of hands-on experience in data architecture, collection, processing and analysis, working at the forefront of several highly complex international cases in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
During his career, Hamid cooperated with some of the world's major information technology and advisory companies, including Capgemini, Mazars, SAS Institute, DATAIKU, etc., as well as with leading independent experts in data science, economics and econometrics.
Hamid KOUTAYBI has centred his data science and econometrics expertise on matters related to cross-border high-stakes claims enforcement. Hamid focuses on defining key data variables and on fine-tuning processes and IT architectures, in order to optimise the use of resources and to accelerate the achievement of results.
Hamid KOUTAYBI is particularly skilled at adding value by anticipating technical challenges in the most complex data situations and by developing sophisticated, tailor-made, and court-proof solutions.
Hamid KOUTAYBI holds a Master's degree in Data Engineering and Econometrics from the University of Strasbourg. Hamid has also taken several cutting-edge technical training courses with SAS Institute on the most advanced trends in data science.
Married with two children, Hamid KOUTAYBI works in French, English and Arabic.

Director Funding (LitFin)
Juraj Siska is Director of LitFin France & Benelux and heads Teresclaims' third-party litigation funding practice. He has been involved in a large number of complex cases, particularly in the field of antitrust law, from an advisory, litigation and funding angles.
Juraj worked for several years for a well-known company in Luxembourg, Paris and Brussels, specialising in the aggregation and enforcement, in court or out of court, of high-stakes damages claims. He also spent time at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Competition, where he handled cases involving the abuse of dominance and cartels.
In 2024, Juraj became a partner at LitFin and director of LitFin's France and Benelux activities. In this capacity, he oversees a large portfolio of cases financed by LitFin in a variety of areas including competition, employment, personal injury, financial fraud and environmental law.
Juraj is a skilful negotiator and has a wealth of experience, having been involved in a large number of transactions in diverse sectors ranging from transport, food, drink and agriculture to digital markets and artificial intelligence.
In his spare time, Juraj teaches law and entrepreneurship to Masters students and is a frequent contributor to international and European law journals.
Juraj studied business and law at the University of Strasbourg, the University of Leiden, Trinity College Dublin, the Sorbonne University in Paris, the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the College of Europe, Bruges campus.
He works in English, French, Slovak and Czech, and has a basic knowledge of German.
